On August 29th, the second phase of GRL TTT tutoring camp successfully held a class opening ceremony in the multi-functional hall on the third floor of Building 2 in the factory area.
A total of 52 people signed up to participate in this TTT tutorial camp, demonstrating the enthusiasm and desire of employees to pursue learning.

At the opening ceremony of the second TTT tutorial camp at GRL, Tutor Wei Enquan explained to the participants the meaning of TTT mentor’s three Ts: Training the Trainer to Train.
This means that the goal of this training course is to help trainers train their students so that they can effectively transfer knowledge and skills, thereby becoming excellent trainers.

Taking himself as an example, he recounted the process of growing from a junior high school education level to a university self taught correspondence undergraduate graduate.
Starting from his first position as a packaging clerk at GRL company, after fifteen years of hard work and progress, he overcame difficulties and challenges, and ultimately was promoted to the position of Deputy Director of Production and Manager of Material Control Management Department.
The story of Yang Deng has inspired everyone present, making them deeply realize that as long as they work hard and continuously improve their abilities, they can achieve success in the workplace.
His sharing also demonstrated GRL’s importance and support for employee growth, injecting confidence and motivation into the company’s training and development plans.

Finally, Cathy Chi, Vice President of Administration, gave a speech on stage, during which Mr. Chi explained in detail the original intention of opening the TTT tutorial camp and summarized the previous period of education.
She emphasized that the class management agreement of this TTT tutorial camp – learning discipline is crucial, and a class committee was established to select study committee members, discipline committee members, and life committee members on site.
At the same time, she also formulated a graduation and customs clearance agreement, as well as the treatment of TTT lecturers after obtaining an appointment letter.
In addition, she also explained in detail the grouping requirements to ensure the effectiveness and order of learning.
