The inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection and scoring of each area, and the inspection results mainly include the following issues:
1. The office area is mainly composed of: file cabinets and item cabinets without identification or positioning, which need further improvement;
2. The phenomenon of randomly placing materials, equipment, and other items still exists, especially some temporary items;
3. The physical object does not match the regional identification;
4. The finished products are randomly landed, and the positioning, volume determination, and location work need to be improved;
5. There is no significant improvement in the treatment plan for corner materials, oil leakage, and material reception in the metalworking workshop; Summary Meeting
6. Insufficient attention paid to the sanitation of the corners of the warehouse area and fire-fighting equipment;
7. Cleanliness and management of smoking areas in the workshop should be strengthened;
After inspection and selection by the 5S management committee of GRL Electric, in the “5S” management selection activity in February, 3 “excellent (red flag)”, 2 “unqualified (black flag)”, and 25 “good (yellow flag)” were finally selected. Summary Meeting
