On the afternoon of May 29th at 16:30, GRL Electric held an April 5S on-site management summary and award ceremony in the multi-functional hall on the third floor of Building 2.
All department heads and above management personnel, as well as all personnel from the procurement management department and the finished product warehouse (second floor finished product warehouse), attended the meeting.Go All Out to Continuously Promote

At the meeting, Vice President of Operations Ni Jufeng reviewed the “5S” management situation in April:
The overall situation in each region remains in good condition, but details still need to be upgraded and improved;
1. Administrative Office Information:
Some (technical department, customer support department) office drawers and file cabinets were not implemented according to the sample requirements;
2. Warehouse situation:
1) Excessive height of materials;
2) The aisle is occupied;
3) Unclear identification;
4) The turnover box for non-conforming products is not red;
5) The finished product is exposed without protection;
3. Workshop situation:
1) The accumulated dust on the shelves was not cleaned in a timely manner;
2) The data content of the Kanban is not replaced in a timely manner;
3) The metalworking workshop needs to improve the stacking methods of equipment dripping, waste landing, and various materials;
4) The handling of the metalworking workshop needs to be improved in conjunction with lean projects;
5) Equipment maintenance inspection needs improvement;Go All Out to Continuously Promote
After inspection and selection by the GRL Electric 5S Management Committee, in the “5S” management selection activity in April, 1 “excellent (red flag)”, 2 “unqualified (black flag)”, and 27 “good (yellow flag)” were ultimately selected. The Planning and Material Control Department became the best department for this issue of 5S and was awarded the 5S mobile red flag.Go All Out to Continuously Promote
The red flag and bonus are awarded by Su Leqiang, the manager of the human resources and administration department, while the yellow flag is awarded by Chi Huiyang, the financial director.
