At 17:30 pm on May 28, GRL‘s 2022 “Excellent Performance Management Model” training session was grandly held on the third floor of Building 1 in the company’s new factory!

We are honored to invite Mr. Wei Enquan to give a lecture in this training.

Mr. Wei Enquan is the founder of Huajian Consulting, a senior expert focusing on enterprise performance management system with 12 years of experience in enterprise management and consulting.Excellent Performance Management

A total of more than 100 Jinjia employees participated in the training.

At the training site, Mr. Wei divided all the trainees into 9 groups to cooperate and compete with each other.

Mr. Wei mainly explained the concept of performance management from four aspects: the definition of performance management,

the purpose of implementing performance management in enterprises, the conditions for implementing performance management, and the role of human resources in performance management.
