At the meeting, Ni Jufeng, Vice President of Operations, summarized the 5S management in November: through the “5S” inspection in November, the overall situation of each region remained good, but the details needed to be improved;

1. The administrative office area has been officially set up in the new office area. The operation of each office site is relatively good, while the customer support department and the financial department are relatively poor;

Reflection: Now the hardware environment in the new office area is very good. Compared with the workshop, it is much easier for us. Why didn’t we do it well? Why?

In November, in the “5S” assault inspection of President David Liu, it was found that the on -site management of the “Equipment of the Three Workshops” was not in place.

Many places did not meet the 5S management standards. It shows that “5S” is not organized to check, not short -term temporary behaviors,

but to develop long -term unremitting improvement and improvement, continuous improvement, so that the scene can truly achieve the role and purpose of 5S.

The inspection team conducted a comprehensive inspection and rating of each area. The inspection results mainly existing the following problems:

1. The office area is mainly: (1) private items;    (2) miscellaneous plants;     (3) the documents are full at the table;
2. The phenomenon of random placement of materials, equipment, and other items still exists, especially some temporary items are placed at will;

3. The physical and regional logo does not match;

4. Positioning, setting, and fixed -point work need to be improved;

5. The corner and leakage oil treatment plan of the Golden Industry workshop needs to be improved;5s management

After inspection and evaluation by GRL Electric 5S Management Committee, in November’s “5S” management evaluation activity, 6 “excellent (red flag)”, 4 “unqualified (black flag)” and 17 “good (yellow flag)” were finally evaluated.5s management

The red flag and bonus will be issued by the Deputy General Manager Chi Shuangshuang, while the yellow flag will be issued by the Deputy General Manager Ni Jufeng,

Therefore, we must adhere to the principle that we are now strict and realistic, so as to constantly supervise the progress of all work. “5S” management. Three years, three months ago and three months later, our requirements will be improved every month.

We will continue to add every month. Now our “5s” manual has been printed into a volume. I hope you can learn more, find more ways and improve your understanding.

In fact, “5s” is just a tool and method. I think that the management of our company is not just a slogan, but must improve our existing operation and management through tools and methods one by one.

Every time the customer comes, the customer appreciates us, which is what we want. The other day, a famous customer from a large company said that we had done well and wanted to follow our example.

Of course, he was modest. I think it will certainly play a very important role in the fight for orders. In the case of fierce competition among peers, every order is not only won by the salesperson.

Sometimes we invite more customers to the company, so that more customers can come to our site, and the “5s” on the site can leave more and better impression on customers.

So I hope you can work together to get rid of the bad habits in the past and learn this simplified method. I hope you will do better in the future.

Of course, “5s” is just a small tool, a small method and a small step in our lean production.
