Offshore wind power is an important part of green energy. Therefore, GRL company has developed a fuse switch for offshore wind power.

Difficulty of application

The distribution box of offshore wind power has been in a harsh working environment for a long time. Moist, salty air corrodes the metal parts of the fuse ignition switch. Sun exposure, as well as the high temperature inside the box, can deform the plastic parts that disconnect the fuse switch.

When the windmill is running, it will produce a large amplitude, which is a great test of the service life of the fuse power switch.

Solution

 The DNH1 fuse box switch specially developed by GRL is used in offshore wind power.

 

 

1. All metal parts of the DNH1 fused knife switch have passed the 72-hour salt spray test. The fuse switch panel is coated with protective coating, which can be used in wet and saline environments for a long time.

2. DNH1 3 pole fused disconnect switch adopts flame retardant V0 class(UL-94) toughened material, fuse switch can be used in the operating temperature of -40 ~ +70℃ for a long time.

3. DNH1 fused isolator switch has passed vibration tests and are fully compliant with wind power standards.
