In order to commend outstanding employees and stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, on August 27, GRL Electric Production Department held a monthly commendation meeting for outstanding employees and outstanding teams in the assembly workshop on the second floor of Building 1 in the new plant.
The meeting was presided over by the production director Liu Zhuan. Excellent employees and excellent teams were reported by the workshop directors and deputy directors of the production department.
After review by the production department, 5 employees won the monthly “Excellent Employee” in July, and 1 team won the “Excellent”. Team” honorary title.
Each workshop director presented honorary certificates and bonuses to outstanding employees of the month.

When 5s is done well, it will cooperate with our lean operation.
In September, we started rolling out our lean manufacturing, which is all about reducing waste.
We say that there are seven wastes in lean production, but there are actually eight wastes. If we do not develop the intelligence, dynamism and initiative of all our employees, it is a waste of human resources, and this is the eighth largest waste of our lean production.
Our sales have been increasing this year, so for the next one-third of 2022, everyone will work hard together, be healthy, come to work happily, and go home safely. “
