Excellent temperature rise
The temperature rise problem of the cable branch box is a technical point. In the cable branch box, the hot air rises and accumulates on the upper part of the switch, so that the temperature rise measured by item A will be greater than 65K, which is a huge safety hazard.
GRL adopts special DNH18 fuse-type isolating switch, and there is a special diversion groove on the side, which will quickly guide the hot air to the upper vent of the box and discharge the box to ensure that the temperature rise of item A is lower than 65K.
In the Shanghai power grid, GRL’s DNH18 bar switch is widely used because of its stability and excellent performance.
Short-time withstand current can stand the test
Usually, when the overload current reaches 50kA, the fuse fuse will be blown quickly to ensure the safety of downstream electrical appliances. But when the current only reaches 10kA, the fuse will blow slowly, generating a lot of heat, causing the fuse to burst.
GRL adopts special low-power fuse, when the instantaneous current is 10kA, it will fuse quickly, and there will be no ceramic explosion.
GRL’s DNH18 strip fuse disconnect switch has passed the 10KA short-time withstand current test and was approved by Suzhou Electric Power Research Institute.
