To commend outstanding employees and stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, on August 21st, the GRL Electrical Production Management Department held a monthly commendation meeting in Building 2 of the factory area.

Ni Jufeng, Vice President of Operations, summarized the meeting. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the production management team and all their employees for their efforts.

With the continuous growth of company orders and orderly production, Mr. Ni emphasized the importance of improving execution in the current busy work environment.
Even in the face of excellent decisions and solutions, it is difficult to achieve the expected results without good execution. On the contrary, if the execution is strong, even if there is a deviation in the decision, it can be detected and adjusted in a timely manner.
Therefore, it is important to establish good communication channels and execution capabilities within the team. Team members should clarify their respective responsibilities and roles, and ensure that tasks are effectively executed and followed up.
In addition, team leaders should also pay attention to feedback and issues from members, and take timely measures to solve problems and improve workflow.
Execution and implementation are very important. Lack of clear standards, systems, assessments, and guidance can make employees feel confused and helpless, making it difficult to effectively complete work tasks.
This year, under the leadership of Manager Tan, the Production Management Department has begun to focus on the construction of systems, processes, and standards to ensure that employees have a clear understanding of how to perform tasks.
