To commend outstanding employees and stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, on July 14th, the GRL Electrical Production Management Department held a monthly commendation meeting in the multifunctional hall on the third floor of Building 2 in the new factory area.Monthly Commendation Conference

The meeting was chaired by Tan Peng, Manager of the Production Management Department, and outstanding employees were reported by the workshop directors of the Production Management Department. Mr. Ni’s speech: First of all, we would like to congratulate the three colleagues who were rated as excellent employees of the month this month.

I hope these three colleagues will also lead your workshop and team in the future, so that more outstanding employees can emerge. In addition, all of our colleagues must keep up with these excellent employees, as they have many highlights that we need to learn from.

Secondly, according to Manager Yang’s June summary report, there are still many areas that our production management department needs to improve and rectify.

Therefore, I hope that everyone must conscientiously carry out each process, and everyone must follow the standards and requirements when doing each process.

We must not be careless. And the quality of our production, we need to change our mindset.

The product quality should not exceed 99% as the standard, and our product quality must be 100% qualified. Let’s think from a different perspective.

Customers need to use every product, and of course, they do not want problems to occur during the use of the product.

Therefore, every production process must be strictly controlled. We cannot prevent product quality issues, but at least we cannot let those low-level errors happen again.
